Previously, they worked as a Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC from 2015 to 2017 and at Ewing Bemiss & Co. from 1999 to 2015. Jim's career began at Hogan Lovells, where they worked in the Corporate & Securities Group from 1994 to 1999.
Jim M. has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Jim is also a member of the Virginia State Bar and holds certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
