Jim M.

Jim M. has significant experience in the corporate advisory and finance field. Jim currently holds the position of Managing Director at CTH Advisors since 2018 and serves as an Advisor at encoreAMC | advisory. m&a. consulting since 2020. Previously, they worked as a Managing Director at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC from 2015 to 2017 and at Ewing Bemiss & Co. from 1999 to 2015. Jim's career began at Hogan Lovells, where they worked in the Corporate & Securities Group from 1994 to 1999.

Jim M. has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Jim is also a member of the Virginia State Bar and holds certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
