Shimaa Elbehairy

Shimaa Elbehairy is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations/FSP MEA at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services since December 2020, Shimaa previously held significant roles at MCT-CRO from February 2012 to December 2020, including Regional Manager for Egypt and KSA and Clinical Operations Manager. Prior to that, Shimaa was a Regional Trial Manager at ClinicalQuestJo, where responsibilities included managing trial studies and conducting CRA training. Earlier in the career, Shimaa worked at IQVIA Middle East and Africa as a Clinical Research Associate and began a career at Pfizer, managing clinical trial operations. Shimaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University.
