Jason Kramer

Jason Kramer has a diverse work experience. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at CTI Consulting starting in February 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at ACS Solutions starting in 2017, where they initially served as an Account Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Recruiter. At ManpowerGroup, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from March 2015 to May 2017. Jason also has experience in coaching as a Defensive Backs Coach at Providence School in 2015 and as an Assistant Coach for the Ljubljana Silverhawks football team in 2014. Other roles include working as a Fitness Supervisor and Personal Trainer at the City of Hartford, a Landscaper for a private home owner, a Nanny for a private household, and a Farm Hand at Erin Meadows. In addition, they had a brief stint as a Commercial Extra for a French Insurance Company in 2014. Overall, Jason brings a wealth of experience in sales, recruiting, coaching, and various other roles.

Jason Kramer attended Wisconsin Lutheran College from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Psychology and Biology. Prior to that, in 2008, they briefly attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jason completed their college preparatory education at Wisconsin Lutheran High School from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Jason obtained the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional certification from Staffing Industry Analysts in March 2020. Jason also obtained Adult CPR certification from the American Red Cross in October 2014.
