Steve Gale

Steve Gale has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as the New Media Division Head at The Manchester College. In 2007, they became a Director at Pyxisoft Ltd before joining CTI Digital in 2010. At CTI Digital, they held various roles including Account Director and Sales Director, where they led a team of over 80 staff and provided a range of digital services. Steve then progressed to Group Commercial Director and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) before their current position as Senior Vice President of Business Development, starting in 2024.

Steve Gale attended Birmingham City University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BSc (H) degree in Engineering & Business. In 2019, they also obtained a Wood Badge certification from The Scouts.
