Sarah Leggin

Sarah Leggin is the current Director of Regulatory Affairs at CTIA. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells in the Communications, Internet, and Media sector from August 2016 to May 2019. Sarah has also worked as an Associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in the Telecom, Internet & Media sector from July 2014 to August 2016. Other work experience includes being a Law Clerk at the Federal Communications Commission in the Office of Commissioner McDowell from January 2012 to August 2012 and a Chambers of Judge Michael Conroy, District Court of Maryland from August 2011 to November 2011. Sarah Leggin has also been involved with American University Washington College of Law as a Student Attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic from August 2011 to May 2013, as well as a Legal Fellow with The Free State Foundation from September 2013 to June 2014. Furthermore, they have held positions as a Research Assistant with The Free State Foundation from January 2013 to May 2013 and an Articles Editor for the Administrative Law Review from February 2012 to May 2013.

Sarah Leggin has a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where they graduated cum laude. Sarah also has a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in Art Theirtory and Classical Studies, and they hold a Markets & Management Certificate from Duke. Sarah is also certified by the District of Columbia Bar and the Virginia State Bar.
