Srikanth Uppalapati

Srikanth Uppalapati, Vice President and Chief Innovation & Development Officer Mr. Srikanth Uppalapati serves as Vice President & Chief Innovation & Development Officer at CTIS. In this role, he is responsible for managing the innovation process inside the organization that identifies strategies, business opportunities and new technologies which in turn, he develops into new capabilities and architectures with partners, new business models and new industry structures to serve those opportunities. His current areas of focus include but not limited to machine learning, conversational AI, automation, and other emerging technologies. Srikanth has more than 20 years of experience in building high-performance teams and a natural team leader and mentor who excels in dynamic, demanding environments while remaining pragmatic and focused. An expert in the commissioning and validation of multiple projects and programs at National Institutes of Health (NIH) and University of Colorado Cancer Center (UCCC), consistently delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget. He has a master’s degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe® Agilist.
