Gregory Kronstain

Gregory Kronstain is a seasoned professional in the construction and transportation industry with over 31 years of experience. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Transportation Services at CTL Engineering, Inc. since October 2018, Gregory oversees construction administration and inspection services for various transportation infrastructure projects in Northeast Ohio. Prior to this role, Gregory was the District Capital Programs Administrator for the Ohio Department of Transportation from July 2017 to September 2018, where leadership encompassed planning, engineering, and program management. Gregory's extensive tenure at the Ohio Department of Transportation spanned from June 1987 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing District construction operations and staff, contributing significant expertise in roles from Project Engineer Intern to District Construction Administrator. Academically, Gregory holds an MBA in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University.
