Tshepo Ditsebe

Tshepo Ditsebe is an experienced retail professional currently serving as the Store Manager at CTM Africa since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tshepo held various managerial positions at Woolworths from January 2017 to January 2023, including Store Manager, Fashion, Beauty and Home Departmental Manager, and Store Administration Manager. Tshepo’s career began at New Capitol Cinemas, where a role as Floor Manager was undertaken from May 2010 to January 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Botswana, a Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies from the same institution, a Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Damelin, and ongoing studies at Henley Business School. Additionally, Tshepo completed the New Managers Development Program at Stellenbosch Business School in 2022.
