Koko Kermani BS, CEM, LEED AP, NEBB - CP

Koko Kermani has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to HVAC, automation, and energy efficiency. They started their career in 1992 as a Service Project Manager at LUWA Lepco and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, Koko served as a Project Manager at Mobius Risk Group. They then worked as a Program Manager at eps corp from 2009 to 2011. Koko was the Houston Service Manager at Digital Air Control, Inc. from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Independent Consultant, providing specialized HVAC and automation consulting services. Koko then joined MaSTherCell / Catalent, Inc as a Manager of Facilities and Engineering from 2019 to 2021. They subsequently became the Senior Manager of Cell Therapy Manufacturing Facility Operations at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Koko holds the position of Senior Manager of CTMC Technical Operations at CTMC / A joint venture between Resilience + MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Koko Kermani holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown. Prior to that, Kermani obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lone Star College. Additionally, Kermani earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) from the College of Southern Idaho.
