Jeewa Pandian

Jeewa Pandian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Service Delivery at CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd since February 2022, Jeewa oversees customer and vendor relations, ensuring the timely delivery of eKYC services and managing service level agreements. Prior to this role, Jeewa held the position of Client Delivery Manager at Singtel, responsible for end-to-end service delivery and client relationship management. Previous experience includes Client Delivery Manager at DXC Technology, supervising various IT service management functions, and significant roles at CSC, focusing on service request operations. Jeewa began a career in customer support as a Helpdesk Analyst at Shell, holding a Bachelor of Science (HONS) in Computing from Oxford Brookes University.
