Tracy Gan Jo Lin

Tracy Gan Jo Lin is the COO and CTOS Data Systems at CTOS Data Systems. Tracy has over five years of experience in telecommunications and has help drive sales growth and reach of distributors in all assigned regional territories. Prior to joining CTOS Data Systems, Tracy was the Head of Distributor Management at Maxis Communications Bhd from December 2012 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for providing the necessary operations support to ensure the fulfillment of the annual revenue target. Tracy also helped drive performance of distributors through constant engagement with Head of Regions & distributor regional office by identifying gaps in market and work out plans to address these gaps.
