Kveta Vojtova

Acting Group Head Of Legal / Group Head Of M&a Legal at CTP

Kveta Vojtova has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Kveta started their career in 1997 as the Head of the legal department at Erste Bank Sparkassen, where they managed the legal department and handled various legal matters. Kveta then joined CMS Cameron McKenna v.o.s. in 1997 as a Senior lawyer and Head of Consumer Products Sector Group, and they remained in this role until 2014. During their time at CMS Cameron McKenna, they were promoted to Head of Consumer Products Group, CEE, and led M&A transactions for private equity funds and real estate clients. Kveta also worked with corporate clients, including major players in the media industry.

In 2014, Kveta joined Vilímková Dudák & Partners as a Partner, where they managed mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. Kveta successfully settled negotiations between shareholders, facilitated the entry of new business partners, and provided legal and tax advice to investors.

In 2017, Kveta started working at CTP as M&A, Corporate and Financing Counsel, Attorney at Law. Kveta later became the Head of M&A and Transaction Legal, Attorney at Law, and then Acting Group Head of Legal / Group Head of M&A Legal. In these roles, they oversaw M&A transactions in the CEE region, provided outside counsel, acted as a crisis manager during negotiations, and managed the legal departments. Kveta was also the Interim Head of Legal of CTP Invest Poland, responsible for the general legal agenda and the mentoring and recruitment of the legal team.

Throughout their career, Kveta has demonstrated expertise in M&A, corporate law, and business development. Kveta has worked with both national and international clients and has successfully handled complex negotiations and transactions.

Kveta Vojtova obtained their first Master's degree in Law from Charles University between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Central European University from 1995 to 1996.
