MacIej Arciuch

Maciej Arciuch is a seasoned technology and digitalization leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Group Chief Technology and Digitalization Officer at CTP since September 2025, Maciej has previously held significant roles at PSA International as Regional Digital Director and Head of IT Service Delivery for Europe, Mediterranean, and Americas, as well as Director and Head of Information Technology at The Adecco Group. Maciej's career also includes key positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Improvement for IT Portfolio to Programme Manager overseeing the separation of Maersk Oil from Maersk Group. Maciej has a solid educational background, holding a Master of Science in Computer Science from Bialystok University of Technology, along with several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional and ITIL Foundation.
