Dylan Esworthy has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Dylan is currently the Head of Customer Success at ChainCargo since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Consultant at CorvinSoft from October 2020 to December 2021. In this role, Dylan focused on improving sales conversion rates and trained on client-facing skills. Before CorvinSoft, they held two roles at BlueOptima, including Customer Success Manager from June 2019 to January 2020 and Business Development | Software Industry Lead from December 2017 to May 2019. In these positions, Dylan helped Fortune 50 clients derive strategic and tactical business value from SDLC analytics and performed B2B enterprise sales for a SDLC analytics startup. Additionally, Dylan worked as an Account Manager at Alltech Consulting Services, Inc from June 2016 to August 2017 and as an Inside Sales and Technical Field Support at The Energy Store from May 2015 to May 2016.

Dylan Esworthy holds a B.A. in History/Art History from Allegheny College. Dylan also pursued studies in Shaolin Kung Fu at the Siping City Shaolin Martial Arts Academy. Moreover, Dylan engaged in French Language Immersion at the Université catholique de l'Ouest. Additionally, Dylan obtained a TESOL Certification from the SIT Graduate Institute.
