Balijepalli Sarath Chandra

Balijepalli Sarath Chandra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in different companies. Balijepalli started their career at Genpact Digital as a Business Associate, providing Level 1 support to end users and troubleshooting technical issues. Balijepalli then joined Unisys India as a Senior Technical Specialist, where they were responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems for international users. After that, they worked at Unisys as an Operations Team Lead, overseeing call and ticket quality, conducting monitoring and analysis, and initiating process changes. Currently, they are working at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd as a Client Relationship Manager, handling major incident management, problem management, and change management. Balijepalli is responsible for ensuring service level targets are met and resolving incidents through coordination with internal groups. Balijepalli also monitors servers and services using Zabbix for proactive issue identification.

Balijepalli Sarath Chandra pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Keshav memorial institute of technology from 2013 to 2017. Balijepalli then furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and strategy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2021 and 2022. Apart from their formal education, Balijepalli Sarath Chandra also obtained additional certifications, including a Diploma in Human Resources (HR) from Alison in December 2020, a Lean ACE certification from Genpact in December 2018, and a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification from Salesforce in April 2017.
