Hemik Jaguwala

Hemik Jaguwala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the telecommunications industry.

Starting in 2011, Hemik worked at Tejas Networks as a Consultant in the Network Support Group, where they gained expertise in project planning and management, equipment installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, servicing, testing, and maintenance. Hemik also had hands-on experience in commissioning and testing SDH networks, maintaining and planning SDH networks, and overseeing high SLAs through network administration and routing.

In 2015, Hemik joined Airtel Business, first as a Project Manager and later as an Account Manager. As a Project Manager, they were responsible for managing various projects, and as an Account Manager, they focused on the ISP, Enterprise, and Voice aggregation business.

Most recently, Hemik joined CtrlS Datacenters Ltd in 2022 as a Business Manager. In this role, they will be responsible for managing the ISP, Telco, CDN, and OTT aspects of the business.

Hemik Jaguwala completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli in the year 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from IETE, New Delhi from 2007 to 2010. Hemik also holds a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication from the same institution, which they acquired from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Hemik has obtained several certifications including AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2020, Teamwork Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2015, Performance Review Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2014, and Decision-Making Strategies from Lynda.com in November 2018.
