Deepan Rupak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Deepan Rupak started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at HTMT in 2007. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Windows admin(NSS) at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2010, they joined IBM as a Cyber Security Analyst. Following this, they worked at Syntel as a Sr. Systems Engineer in IT Infrastructure from 2011 to 2014.

In 2014, Deepan joined Ford Motor Company, where they held various roles. Deepan Rupak started as an IT Project Management Consultant, responsible for estimating the budget for IT infrastructure and managing project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Deepan Rupak also had responsibilities in project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication. Later, they served as a Project Lead in IT Infrastructure, overseeing network planning, deployment, and operations within data centers and across the plant. Deepan Rupak also conducted remote monitoring of network availability and performance.

In 2021, Deepan transitioned to the role of Network Planning Lead at Ford Motor Company. Deepan Rupak played a crucial role in the overall network planning, deployment, and operations, contributing to the success of new model launches and ensuring efficient IT operations. Additionally, they joined CtrlS Datacenters Ltd in 2023 as a Senior Program Manager in Service Delivery.

Deepan holds certifications in MCP, ITIL®, PRINCE2®, and AWS Cloud, reflecting their expertise in various IT domains. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver projects on time.

Deepan Rupak obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology (B.IT) degree from Alagappa University, specializing in computer science and IT. The degree was earned between the years 2003 and 2007.

In terms of certifications, Deepan Rupak obtained the MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification from Microsoft in August 2009. Later, in November 2011, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Finally, in June 2013, Deepan Rupak earned the ITIL certification from EXIN, an institution specializing in ICT competence.
