Vikram Singh

Vikram Singh is a distinguished professional with over 35 years of extensive experience in strategic operations, culminating in a career as a Major General in the Indian Army. Currently serving as Chairman of the International Council For Industrial Security & Safety Management since October 2022, Vikram was instrumental in establishing the Army Design Bureau, which collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance research and development in defense. Education includes a Master of Philosophy in Defence and Strategic Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Master of Science in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras, complemented by foundational studies at Delhi University and Lawrence School.
