Sharon Austin

Sharon Austin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global operations and financial management. Currently serving as Global Operations Controller at CTS Corporation since June 2010, Sharon has held various leadership roles, including Director of Lean Transformations and SBU Controller at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Emcore from 2007 to 2010, and Program Financial Analyst at Sandia National Laboratories from 2005 to 2007. Sharon's career at CTS Corporation began in 1999 as Operations Controller, following a position as Finance Manager at Motorola from 1995 to 1999. Sharon holds an MBA from the UNM Anderson School of Management, earned between 2003 and 2005.
