Xavier Flores Romero

Xavier Flores Romero has extensive experience in project management and digital strategies, currently serving in various roles related to digital policies and 5G strategy at Generalitat de Catalunya since October 2018. Prior to this, Xavier has held significant positions at CTTI - Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació from July 2009, and at GPS Microsat from June 2004, as well as leading efforts at Sistemas de Control de Flotas, S.L. from September 1995. Xavier's educational background includes a recent focus on innovation from IESE Business School, a Master's degree in executive leadership, emotional intelligence, and coaching from EAE Business School, and degrees in electronics and telecommunications engineering from La Salle BCN.
