Meraz Aziz

Meraz Aziz has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Meraz started their career in 2006 as a Field Services Engineer at BT. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a CVOIP Network Upgrade Engineer at Nortel Networks, where they were responsible for global software delivery. In 2010, they joined Genband as a Senior Operations Specialist in their Software Delivery and Tech Ops department. During their time at Genband, they also worked with Ribbon Communications as a Senior Technical Operations Engineer, specializing in software delivery and migration for VoIP, IMS, and UC solutions. In 2019, Meraz became a registered drone operator and A2Cofc certified, offering aerial photography and videography services on a freelance basis.

Meraz Aziz completed their education at London South Bank University, where they pursued an MSc in Telecom & Computer Network Engineering from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended AUST and obtained a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Meraz Aziz has acquired several certifications. Meraz completed the "Introduction to Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)" course offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2022. Meraz also completed the "IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT" course on Udemy: Online Courses in July 2022. Furthermore, in the same month, they completed the "Introduction to AWS Organizations" and "Introduction to Containers" courses provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). In February 2019, they obtained the "AWS Concepts" certification from Linux Academy.
