Adrianna A. began their work experience in 2005 as a Shared Branching Implementation Coordinator at Service Center Corporation. In 2007, they joined Co-op Solutions as a Senior Implementation Analyst, where they utilized project management methodology to complete installs for financial institutions. Adrianna also served as a card processing subject matter expert and improved internal processes. Adrianna advanced within the company, taking on roles such as Regional Sales Manager and Sales Enablement Manager, where they demonstrated knowledge of credit products, supported client-facing teams, and created sales collateral. Adrianna later became the Senior Director of Industry Relationships and the Director of Consultant Partnerships, cultivating partnerships and providing guidance to sales teams. Currently, Adrianna holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Client Development.

Adrianna A. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Central Michigan University in the years 2007 to 2011. Before that, they earned an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Baker College of Clinton Township from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University in 2013 and Project Management Professional/ PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
