Daniel Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel started their career as a Business Office Clerk at Memorial Clinical Associates, where they handled various office tasks and maintained workstations. Daniel then worked as a Technical Support at US Interactive, providing customer service and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Subsequently, they joined Getronics as a Help Desk Analyst, offering IT support to Booz Allen Hamilton's internal helpdesk. Daniel also worked as a Reporter at KTSW-FM and as a Brand Ambassador at Attack Marketing, collaborating with different clients on promotional projects. Daniel served as a Videographer for Bobcat Update before joining W Hotels as an IT Analyst, responsible for server and workstation maintenance and upgrading systems to PCI compliance.

Daniel's experience also includes working at Facebook as a Risk Analyst via PRO Unlimited, and at Apple as an Apple Pay Fraud Specialist. Daniel Nguyen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication - Electronic Media from Texas State University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Lone Star College from 2003 to 2009. Daniel also holds a certification of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2019.
