Erica Urfer

Erica Urfer has a diverse work experience in the field of data delivery and management. Erica is currently working as the Vice President of Data Delivery Support at Co-op Solutions, where their main responsibilities include leading teams in project management, technical delivery, agile methodologies, and data analysis. Previously, they held the position of Director of Data Delivery and Manager of Data Relationships at the same company. Before working at Co-op Solutions, Erica was employed at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company, where they served as the Director of Reinsurance - Analytics and Pricing, Reinsurance Underwriting Analyst - Supervisor, and Business Analyst. With their extensive experience and expertise in data management, Erica strives to make data delivery a world-class organization.

Erica Urfer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management & Organizations from the University of Iowa from 2002 to 2006. Erica also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2023.
