Paige Horton, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paige currently serves as a Vice President HR Business Partner at Co-op Solutions, where they support the Executive Leadership teams and facilitates the development of culture and key capabilities for the organization. Prior to this, Paige worked at Businessolver as the Vice President Learning and Deployment, responsible for talent programs that facilitated professional development and continuous learning across the organization.

Before Businessolver, Paige held various roles at Athene, Oracle Corporation (Textura Submittal Exchange Division), Textura Submittal Exchange Division, ADP, Telligen, Ten Compass North, Exibit Las Vegas, and WebPaige Productions/Bizwala. These roles encompassed responsibilities such as workforce analysis, talent management, leadership development, client management, training and development, and business development. Throughout their career, Paige has demonstrated their ability to support people strategies, drive organizational growth, and successfully manage high-stakes projects.

Paige Horton, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Masters Certification in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, which they obtained in 2014. Paige completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science at San Jose State University from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paige has obtained several certifications related to their field, including the SHRM Certified Professional certification from SHRM in 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
