Sean Lacy has a diverse work experience in communications and leadership roles. Sean started their career as an Implementation Consultant at Wells Fargo Funding in 2009. Sean then moved on to become the Vice President and Communications Leader, where they led a team responsible for integrating strategy, brand, value proposition, and program knowledge into marketing, messaging, and training. In this role, they simplified complex mortgage requirements and actively participated in policy guideline updates. Currently, Sean is the Director of Internal Communications at Co-op Solutions.
Sean Lacy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Saint John's University.
