James Flammini has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Learning Solutions and Knowledge Manager at CU Direct since March 2005. In this role, James manages departmental training initiatives and oversees the onboarding process for new hires in the Client and Product Support (CaPS) Team. Additionally, James has held various positions at Origence, including the same title of Learning Solutions & Knowledge Manager, and has worked as a Senior Application Product Support Analyst, Implementation Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Corporate Trainer. James holds a degree from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
