Tracy Laflair

Tracy LaFlair has a diverse work history that spans over multiple industries. Tracy has the most recent experience with Origence (formerly CU Direct), where they hold the positions of Product Operations SPC and Sr. Manager of Knowledge Management since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at New American Funding as a Project Manager from January 2016 to December 2020. Tracy also has a background in independent consulting, where they served as a Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst, focusing on Encompass administration, project management, and business analysis. Before their consulting role, they spent ten years at Merrill Lynch/NationPoint as a Vice President of Underwriting. During their tenure there, they coordinated underwriting efforts, oversaw a team of underwriters, and implemented workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Tracy's early career includes a role as an Operations Manager at Washington Mutual, where they served as a personal banker, generated loan applications, and managed customer service.

Tracy LaFlair obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2009 to 2011.
