Crissandra Fry

Crissandra Fry is currently the Director of Business Management at CU Engage. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Sales Director at JMFA from February 2018 to October 2021, where they assisted Community Banks and Credit Unions in creating transparent/compliant overdraft programs. Fry also spent time as an Account Executive at PSCU from May 2014 to February 2018, promoting credit and debit services to capitalize on the emerging consumer and market needs.

Before their time at PSCU, Fry served as the Northwest Business Consultant for both the Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) and CU Solutions Group (CUSG), offering services in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing, Technology & Member Experience. Prior to that, they were the Area Sales Leader at Sterling Savings Bank from July 2008 to April 2012. Before Sterling Savings Bank, Fry was the AVP of Branch Services at Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union from July 2004 to December 2008. And finally, before Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union, they were the Northern Regional Manager at WSECU from March 1998 to July 2004.

Crissandra Fry has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.

Crissandra Fry reports to Jennifer Addabbo, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Justine Bennett - Corporate & Financial Administrator, Jeffrey Rice - Director, Business Development, and Jesse Smith - Director, Project Management.
