Hayley Harrison

Hayley Harrison (Capshaw) has over 10 years of professional experience in the banking and education industries. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President of Business Operations at CU NextGen. Prior to that, they worked as an Academic Coach at Instructional Connections, LLC from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they held the role of Adjunct Professor of Economics at the University of Southern Indiana and Senior BSA AML Systems AVP at Old National Bank. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Senior Commerical Real Estate Risk Analyst Banking Officer at M&T Bank. Hayley also held the role of BSA/AML Analyst at Old National Bank from 2013 to 2014, and Corporate Compliance Intern at Huntington National Bank from 2011 to 2013.

Hayley Harrison (Capshaw) received their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Applied Economics from Buffalo State University between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Southern Indiana between 2009 and 2013.
