Nicole Cooper

Nicole Cooper currently serves as the Manager of Cards and Payments and the Manager of SettleMINT EFT at CU*Answers, having held this position since March 2014. In this role, Nicole manages a team responsible for all electronic funds-related activities, including ATM, debit, credit, bill pay, and shared branching services for credit unions utilizing the company's core processing software. Additionally, Nicole started as an Account Executive and has experience in client support for software inquiries. Prior experience includes waitressing at Buffalo Wild Wings and working as a Nursing Aide at Fountain View of Lowell. Nicole pursued education at Grand Rapids Community College and Aquinas College, with a focus on nursing and pre-medicine studies.
