Nurzhan Ospanov has over four years of experience in customer success and sales management. Nurzhan is currently the Head of Customer Success at Cube Dev, a software development company.
Previously, Nurzhan was the Head of Customer Success EMEA at AppFollow, a provider of mobile app analytics and market intelligence tools. Nurzhan was responsible for developing and implementing the company's customer success strategy, and for building a team of customer success managers. Nurzhan also initiated and led the voice of the customer program, which increased retention and customer happiness. During their time at AppFollow, Nurzhan increased the company's Net Retention Rate (NRR) by 167%, and maintained a churn rate below 2% while the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased three-fold.
Before joining AppFollow, Nurzhan was a Sr. Sales and Customer Success Manager at Statsbot, where they increased the NRR by 150% and decreased the churn rate from 10% to 1% within six months by implementing best practices in customer success. Nurzhan also created technical and support documentation for customers, and worked on the G2Crowd page with the marketing team to bring the company to the list of "High Performers" in the business intelligence category.
Nurzhan Ospanov's educational career includes a Master of Arts in Public Policy from King's College London and a BA in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
