V.Karthik began the career at Windcare India Pvt Ltd as a Technician and has progressively advanced through positions at Suzlon Group and Siemens Gamesa, gaining extensive experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational activities related to wind turbines. V.Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Diploma in the same field.
