Steve Underwood is an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a background in managing IT operations and support for various companies such as Cube Networks, BHP, General Motors, Hewlett-Packard, and Electronic Data Systems. Steve has also held positions such as Technology Major Incident Manager, Global Major Incident Coordinator, and Asia Pacific Regional Operations Manager. Steve's expertise lies in network deployment, technical delivery, and coordinating teams during major incidents. Steve holds a degree from RMIT University. Currently taking a break from the Information Technology field.
