Emma Johnsen

Emma Johnsen is an experienced talent acquisition and resource management professional with a strong background in engineering and healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Resourcing and Client Project Lead at both Cubed Talent and Indigo Healthcare Recruitment, Emma has developed a collaborative approach to delivering strategic talent management solutions. Prior to these roles, Emma worked at Blue Octopus from July 2012 to November 2020, advancing from Client Delivery Administrator to Client Delivery Coordinator, where responsibilities included sourcing top talent across various specialisms. Earlier experience includes an administrative position at the Royal Bank of Scotland from June 2011 to June 2012. Emma has an educational foundation from Guiseley School, Guiseley Sixth Form College, and the University of Hull.
