Steven Street

Steven Street is the current CEO at Cubed Talent Management. Prior to this, they were with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation from June 2015 to July 2018 where they served as the corporate director. The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the professional body for the recruitment industry that Steven was a part of. The REC represents 3,349 corporate members who have branches across all regions of the UK. In addition, the REC represents 5,759 individual members within the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP). All members must abide by a Code of Professional Practice. The REC is committed to raising standards and highlighting excellence throughout the recruitment industry. Some of the key focuses for the REC include being the recruitment's biggest lobbying voice, being the source of recruitment knowledge, being dedicated to developing successful careers in recruitment, and striving to exceed members' expectations through business support.

Steven Street has a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Counselling from Stonebridge, an IOD Dip in business management from the Institute of Directors (IoD), and certification from Business Improvement Partners in MAS (Manufacturing Advisory Service) and PERA (Growth through Innovation). Steven also has certification from BIS Growth Accelerator in Business Strategy, Growth and Leadership Partner, and from BIS in ILM accredited Leadership and Management Mentor. Finally, they have certification from the Institute of Directors in the IOD Director Development Programme.
