Peggy Duffaut

Peggy Duffaut is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager in HRBP Operations at SSENSE since February 2024, Peggy previously held positions including Senior HR Consultant at Gridfern Strategic HR and Director of Human Resources at Tenet Fintech Group. With a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as systemic racism and harassment consulting, Peggy’s expertise spans across HR management and strategic advisory roles. Educational credentials include multiple certifications in human resources management and mental health leadership from UQAM, Queen's University, and Université Laval.
