Richard Shaw

Richard Shaw is the current Non-Executive Director at CubeLogic. Prior to this, they were with Growth Capital Partners. Richard has also worked with Clearwater International Corporate Finance, Bank of Scotland, Grant Thornton UK LLP, and RSM Robson Rhodes LLP in various capacities such as Assistant Director - M&A Advisor, Corporate Finance Manager M&A Advisor, and Chartered Accountant/Corporate Recovery.

Richard Shaw holds a Bsc(hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, as well as an Executive Education in High Performing People Skills for Leaders from the London Business School.
