David Vivancos

David Vivancos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. David started their career at Trans World Entertainment/Camelot Music as a District Manager from 1989 to 2000. David then moved on to Public Storage where they served as a District Manager, overseeing the direction and coordination of 20-30 employees in store management. From 2003 to 2015, David worked at Extra Space Storage, holding the positions of District Manager/Senior District Manager, and later, Divisional Vice President. In these roles, they supervised employees and managed the implementation of processes to ensure the execution of job duties. Since 2015, David has been with CubeSmart, initially serving as a District Manager, and then progressing to Divisional Vice President. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the operations and supporting District Managers in achieving revenue and metric goals of over 150 stores across multiple states.

David Vivancos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Parks and Recreation Administration from Florida International University from 1990 to 1992. David has also obtained various certifications, including "Coaching for Improved Performance," "Engaging Empowered Employees," "Powerful Conversations to Engage Your Workforce," "Present With Impact," "3 Steps to Exceptional Critical Thinking," "Work-Life Breakthrough," "Cool Headed Level 2," and "Effective Communicator Level 2" from different institutions such as Dale Carnegie Training and the American Management Association.
