Shane Sorohan

Shane Sorohan is the current COO at Cubic Telecom. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Newstone Advisory Limited from January 2012 to June 2013, where they assisted companies on M&A and fundraising transactions. Shane also worked at NCB Corporate Finance from February 2005 to June 2011, where they were responsible for leading project management of M&A and fundraising transactions, managing cross functional teams, preparing financial/cashflow/valuation models, and providing ongoing financial and strategic advice to clients. Some of the notable transactions they have worked on include advising the Noonan family on the disposal of Noonan Services Group to a UK Private Equity company and Crystal UK Development Fund on its €70m private equity fundraising.

Shane Sorohan has a Masters in Financial Services from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors of Commerce from University College Dublin, both with First Class Honors.

Shane Sorohan reports to Barry Napier, CEO. They work with Gerry McQuaid - CCO, David McManamon - CFO, and James Dennis - CTO.
