Susan Rafferty

Susan Raffety is Chief People Officer (CPO) at Cubic Telecom. As CPO Susan is responsible for harnessing the unique Cubic company culture to attract talent from across the world whilst simultaneously overseeing all other aspects of people development, culture, relationships, policies and practices. Prior to joining Cubic, Susan held HR leadership positions in the financial sector and aviation industry. Susan has a Hons Degree in Business from University College Dublin (UCD) and, after a year of studying Strategic Leadership at INSEAD, Paris, is currently completing a Diploma in Business & Executive Coaching at UCD Smurfit.
