Hina Godil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hina currently holds the role of VP Strategy & Operations Transformation at Cubic Corporation. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Head of Enterprise Project Management at Axos Bank. Hina also served as the Manager, IT PMO at Guild Mortgage and PMO Program Manager, IT Department at the City of San Diego. Hina has experience in establishing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs), implementing standardized practices, and overseeing large-scale IT software product portfolios. Additionally, they have worked as an Operations/PMO Manager at Cablesight Inc., and held roles in real estate sales and education management earlier in their career. Hina has certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), IT Infrastructure Library (ITILv3), and Lean Six Sigma.
