Steve Twyman

Steve Twyman is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in the development of tactical communication systems and information technology. Currently at Cubic Corporation since October 2019, Steve leads initiatives for air and ground-based tactical radios, achieving successful test flights and securing follow-on contracts. Prior to this, Steve held a similar position at Northrop Grumman from October 2003 to October 2019, overseeing the software development of information systems and aircraft systems, where the team consistently met delivery targets. Earlier experience as a Lead Software Engineer at USA.NET involved directing a team in creating a high-traffic web-based email system. Steve holds a Master's degree in Architecture-based Enterprise Systems Engineering from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Mathematics with an emphasis in Operations Research from UC Santa Barbara.
