Amanda van Tilborg

Amanda van Tilborg joined CubicFarms in 2020 as Head of People and is responsible for the company’s global people strategy and operations. A senior leader with a decade of HR experience in the food processing, manufacturing, and long-term care industries, Amanda leads the company’s HR team while overseeing recruitment and retention, training and development, compliance, and various other activities for employees. As a farm owner in the Fraser Valley, she combines her passion for people with her commitment to agriculture to make a positive difference in the world with CubicFarms. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Organizational Studies, as well as a CPHR designation with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia & Yukon.
