Kawtar Chicheportiche has held various roles in the sales department of several companies. From 2018 to present, they have been a Senior Key Account Manager at Cubyn. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2018, they were Head of Category in the Sales Department of Jumia Group and a Key Account Manager at Jumia Group, both at Rocket Internet SE. In 2012, they were a Purchasing Ops at Rocket Internet SE.

Kawtar Chicheportiche obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Audit, contrôle et finance en environnement International from TBS Education between 2014 and 2015. Kawtar previously obtained their Licence in Économie de gestion from Université Hassan II de Casablanca between 2008 and 2012.
