Andrew Ingham

Andrew Ingham is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT solutions, architecture, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Head of IT Solutions & Architecture at Cuckoo since August 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Salesforce Product Owner at Jurassic Fibre from January 2023 to September 2023. Between January 2019 and September 2023, Andrew worked at Fairway BA Consultants Ltd as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, focusing on Salesforce implementations and process improvements. Additional experience includes roles as an IT Business Analyst at South West Water and as a Business Analyst at the University of Exeter, where critical contributions included the development of a Curriculum Management solution and enhancement of student recruitment services through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Earlier in the career at EDF Energy, Andrew engaged in regulatory assurance and communications specialist roles while also managing innovation projects. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science with Business Studies from the University of Surrey.
