Nadja Döll

Director of People, Talent and Culture at Cuculus

Nadja Döll has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Nadja began their career in 2002 as a Personal Development Manager for EDEKA Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen, where they were responsible for the recruitment of apprentices in wholesale trade, supervised approx. 100 apprentices, created and coordinated training schedules, provided approx. 60 corporate trainings per year, and implemented a region-wide e-learning system. Nadja then became Head of Training for retail trade, where they were responsible for the recruitment of apprentices in retail trade, supervised approx. 150 apprentices, provided approx. 90 corporate trainings per year, represented EDEKA at career fairs, and designed and implemented an aptitude test. Nadja also held the role of Assistant Store Manager. In 2012, they worked as a Working Student for syncreon Deutschland. In 2013, they worked as an HR Intern for DB Schenker and an HR Specialist for N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Talent Management for hm informatik ag, and in 2022 they will become the Director of People, Talent and Culture for Cuculus GmbH.

Nadja Döll obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Steinbeis University Berlin between 2008 and 2011. Nadja then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management at Hochschule Regensburg from 2012 to 2014.
