Jessica Castillo

Jessica Castillo has a diverse work experience in various Human Resources roles. Jessica currently works as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mini-Circuits since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Intradeco as a Human Resources Business Partner from December 2019 to September 2022.

Before their roles as a Business Partner, Jessica worked as a Human Resources Manager at General Hotel & Restaurant Supply from January 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they developed and administered programs and procedures, provided necessary education and materials to managers and employees, and managed the recruitment process.

Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Larkin Community Hospital from November 2015 to January 2018. In this role, they worked with the CEO and Department Directors, oversaw a large number of employees, and handled pre and post-employment activities.

Jessica started their career as an Administrative Assistant at AFI PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT LTD from April 2009 to January 2012. In this role, they performed data entry, maintained communication with inspectors, and conducted inspections herself when needed.

Jessica Castillo completed their education in a chronological manner. Jessica started their education journey at Mater Academy Charter High from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their high school degree. Following that, they attended Miami Dade Honors College from 2011 to 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources from Florida International University from 2013 to 2015. As for additional certifications, they obtained a Caliper Certification from Talogy, previously known as PSI Caliper, in February 2023.
