Samir Kulshrestha serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cuemath since August 2021, focusing on long-term and short-term strategies for both Indian and global operations and preparing for Board and Investor meetings. Prior to Cuemath, Samir held various finance leadership roles, including CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance at Medi Assist, where responsibilities included financial preparation for IPO filings and due diligence coordination. Samir's experience also encompasses serving as Financial Controller at Practo, where financial planning, audit, and compliance were key tasks, and as Regional Financial Controller at Fortis Healthcare, overseeing finance operations in Northern India. Additional roles at Indus Towers Limited, Aircel, and Reliance Communications, along with a foundational role at GENPACT, contribute to a robust background in financial management across diverse industries. Samir is a Chartered Accountant and completed schooling at Campion School Bhopal.
