The Role

As the Head of Platform Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to streamline and secure the development cycle. You'll lead the charge in enhancing our Cuemby Cloud Platform, ensuring it remains a cutting-edge, cost-effective solution that drives faster ROI. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our leadership in cloud-based solutions for the digital age.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering Leadership: Guide the development and implementation of our platform infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and resource optimization in Kubernetes and Cloud Native environments.
• Cloud Native Technologies Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that fully leverage Cloud Native technologies, ensuring our platform remains innovative and competitive.
• Kubernetes Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Establish effective communication bridges between the platform team and other departments, aligning technical objectives with the company's overall goals.
• Operational and Technical Excellence: Ensure the adoption of best practices in software engineering, security, and operations, focusing on the reliability, performance, and automation of our infrastructure.
